Someren

TM hielp de gemeente Someren om de tijdelijke opvang aan De Hoof in korte tijd operationeel te maken. Vervolgens verzorgden we het locatiemanagement en de woonbegeleiding, met veel aandacht voor structuur, participatie en verbinding met de lokale samenleving.

Van tijdelijke opvang naar lokale verbinding

Op De Hoof werden maximaal 180 bewoners opgevangen. TM organiseerde het dagelijkse reilen en zeilen en ondersteunde bewoners bij praktische zaken, onderwijs, werk, zorg en een zinvolle daginvulling. Samen met de gemeente, scholen, werkgevers, vrijwilligers en maatschappelijke organisaties bouwden we aan een opvang die zichtbaar onderdeel werd van Someren. Bij de sluiting begeleidden we ook de afbouw, uitstroom en overdracht zorgvuldig, met aandacht voor bewoners en lokale partners.
