Our Role in the Child Care Sector
Strategic
We assist municipalities with site surveys, feasibility studies, project management, proposals to the municipal executive board, business cases, resident participation, and administrative preparations.
Operational
We provide facility management, housing support, crisis response, day-to-day oversight, resident communication, safety, quality of life, and coordination across the service chain.
Staff
We provide support for the secondment and recruitment of professionals in the residential care sector, such as facility managers, residential care workers, and project managers.

The Face Behind TM
TM Opvang & Projectmanagement was founded on the basis of practical experience in shelter services, safety, and municipal cooperation. That experience has led to a clear conviction: shelter services require people who can navigate the balance between administrative interests, operational pressures, and providing human support.
With a background in comprehensive security and experience at various reception centers, TM works on solutions that not only make sense on paper but are also feasible in practice.
