TM ondersteunde de gemeente Reusel-De Mierden bij het dagelijkse beheer van de noodopvang in Reusel. Onze locatiemanagers en woonbegeleiders zorgden samen met de beveiliging voor een veilige omgeving waarin bewoners rust, duidelijkheid en persoonlijke aandacht kregen

Meer dan een tijdelijke verblijfplaats

Ondanks het tijdelijke karakter ontstond op de locatie een betrokken gemeenschap. Onze medewerkers waren dagelijks zichtbaar, leerden bewoners persoonlijk kennen en hielpen hen bij praktische vragen, activiteiten en het opbouwen van een vaste dagstructuur. Samen met de gemeente en beveiligingspartner zorgden we ervoor dat de locatie beheersbaar en veilig bleef. De combinatie van duidelijke afspraken en een menselijke benadering gaf bewoners de ruimte om tot rust te komen en vooruit te kijken.
