TM ondersteunde in Hilvarenbeek bij het dagelijkse beheer van de tijdelijke opvang. Onze medewerkers zorgden voor rust, duidelijke afspraken en een herkenbaar aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, de opdrachtgever en samenwerkingspartners.

Zichtbaar en betrokken op locatie

Een goed functionerende opvang vraagt om medewerkers die aanwezig en aanspreekbaar zijn. Onze locatiemanagers en woonbegeleiders hielden overzicht over de dagelijkse gang van zaken en ondersteunden bewoners bij praktische vragen en het samenleven op de locatie. Daarbij stemden we regelmatig af met de opdrachtgever, beveiliging en andere betrokken partijen. Door duidelijke afspraken te combineren met persoonlijk contact droegen we bij aan een veilige en stabiele leefomgeving.
