TM ondersteunde in Roosendaal bij de snelle opstart en het dagelijkse beheer van een crisisnoodopvang. Binnen korte tijd brachten we de locatie operationeel op orde en organiseerden we een veilige en duidelijke dagelijkse structuur voor bewoners, medewerkers en samenwerkingspartners.

Van crisisopstart naar stabiele opvang

Bij een crisisnoodopvang moet in korte tijd veel worden geregeld. TM ondersteunde bij het operationeel maken van de locatie en zorgde voor duidelijke werkafspraken, taakverdelingen en communicatielijnen. Na de opstart verzorgden onze locatiemanagers en woonbegeleiders de dagelijkse uitvoering. Daarbij werkten we nauw samen met de gemeente, beveiliging, zorgpartijen en andere betrokken organisaties om rust, continuïteit en menswaardige opvang te waarborgen.
